• Create links to adult, violent, hateful, or discriminatory content
• Use automated tools to mass-create shortened links

5. Link Removal & Content Moderation

We reserve the right to disable or remove any shortened link that violates these terms, without prior notice. Links reported for abuse will be reviewed promptly and may be disabled immediately if they pose a security risk to users.

6. Intellectual Property

MiniLink and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MiniLink and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You retain full ownership of the content you link to through our service.

7. Limitation of Liability

MiniLink is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We do not guarantee that shortened links will remain active indefinitely.

8. Privacy

Your use of MiniLink is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the service, you consent to the practices described therein.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your links and associated data.
